Job Description
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage MD’s calendars
Take minutes during meetings
Seek new business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with potential clients
Offer the company products in the most presentable manner and educate.
Providing information and answer queries of clients.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients as per industry worldwide to generate the new quality leads.
Maintaining business relationships with new & existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Coordinate with our overseas representative and provide desired data.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Skill Set: Excellent Communication Skills (written, verbal, business writing), Ready to Travel independently, Experience in B2B marketing, Take initiative, Proactive. Self-motivated yet customer-focused, highly creative with experience in identifying new clients & generate revenue. Great networking skills. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. Emboldened by challenges. Outstanding time management skills. Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Friendly and professional demeanor.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role reporting directly to senior management
Salary (CTC): upto 4 L.P.A
